More About Cima72
Sustainable performance is not built through isolated workshops or generic initiatives. It requires focused, tailored support that takes into account how people actually work, decide, and create value together.
At Cima72, we partner with organisations to design bespoke, senior-level support that addresses their real challenges. whether in talent development, leadership effectiveness, transformation, or employee well-being as a driver of results.
There are no rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we work closely with leadership to ensure that insight turns into action, energy is invested where it matters most, and performance improvements are both measurable and sustainable over time.
About Me
I’m Bart te Nijenhuis, and I help companies tap into the full potential of their teams. My experience combines managing international projects with training in leadership, communication, and people management.
I have worked with companies of different sectors and sizes, from growing startups to established multinationals, always with the same goal: to transform the way teams collaborate.
I firmly believe that sustainable performance stems from the combination of well-being and productivity. That’s why my training programs are designed to be practical, inspiring, and, above all, applicable from day one.
My commitment is that each session will bring clarity, energy, and concrete results that will be noticeable in motivation and business indicators.
