I am Bart te Nijenhuis . I was born in Maastricht (the most beautiful city in Holland…) and since 2005 I have been lucky enough to live in Spain.
My career began in high-performance corporate environments , working at extraordinary companies like Nike and Adidas (where I was CFO of Adidas Iberia). There I learned something key: teams don’t achieve exceptional results solely through effort or resources, but when each person works from their innate talents . That experience marked a turning point in my understanding of work.
My Training
I am a certified facilitator of Working Genius, Patrick Lencioni’s methodology that reveals the six geniuses of work. I help employees and teams identify their natural strengths, improve collaboration, and create high-performance environments with greater workplace well-being.
My passion for helping people perform better led me to become a certified Precision Nutrition coach specializing in nutrition, sleep, stress management, and recovery. This allows me to complement my business experience with a human-centered and practical approach that boosts energy, mental clarity, and resilience.
But what makes me unique isn’t just my experience or my certifications. What drives me is something personal:
I believe that life is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest, including at work.
I am passionate about seeing how someone regains their energy when they connect with what truly makes them shine.
I know what it means to go through stages of change and find the balance between personal and professional life, because I have experienced it too.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on a rugby pitch (well, to be honest, on the sidelines), in the kitchen , in the mountains , or enjoying a good whiskey while engrossed in a good book. All of that is part of who I am and how I see life: with intensity, enjoyment, and authenticity.
My mission is simple: to help people and teams work better, live better, and enjoy what they do every day more .
